The main company, Ensign Developments Limited, which is focused on property development projects ,was founded in 2017. Buy Property is the selling arm of the company focusing not only on its development projects, but also on other properties for sale across Malta. In the near future we shall also be expanding our services with properties located in Malta’s tranquil sister island – Gozo.
The Buy Property division is headed by Warren Mejlaq who is also a company director in Ensign Developments Ltd. The company and its brokerage team of professionals, have a wealth of experience in the property sector and assist clients throughout their property hunting journey.
